"The Mona Lisa Curse":

“Art is the biggest unregulated market in the world apart from drugs… art is no longer appreciated based on its critical perspective but rather on the price tag.” - Robert Hughes

Guinness World Records officially declared Junrey Balawing as the shortest man alive in the world.

He is an 18 yr. old guy who lives in Zamboanga del Norte, Philippines. He only measures 23.5 inches (60 cm). Which is smaller than 2 rulers. He broke the record of Khagendra Thapa Magar of Nepal who happened to be 26.4 inches (67 cm) tall. Craig Glenday, editor-in-chief of GWR quoted “I can’t imagine anyone else quite so small.” Junrey received a certificate with no cash but Craig hopes that international fame would bring Junrey gifts and donations to ensure his health who has difficulty in standing because of weak knees.

This brought me to a thinking that “Even the smallest guy here in the Philippines can make a name in the whole world” :)
