Ashton Kutcher To Replace Charlie Sheen on 'Two And a Half Men'

  Charlie Sheen's successor has been chosen, and it's not the rumored Woody Harrelson, Jeremy Piven or Rob Lowe. Twitter lovin', light-hearted actor Ashton Kutcher has accepted an offer to replace the troubled actor on Two And a Half Men, according to TMZ. A few changes will ensue: Kutcher won't revive Sheen's role as Charlie Harper, and he'll also get a butchered paycheck compared to his predecessor.

While Charlie raked in $1.25 million per episode, Kutcher will be cashing in at somewhere between $625,000 and $900,000 per show. The show's creator, Chuck Lorre, has scripted a new character for Kutcher to portray alongside returning star Angus T. Jones. A source said Lorre, who's been in a public embittered battle with Sheen, is "really happy" with the choice.

Kutcher took to Twitter on Thursday evening with a telling riddle: "What's the square root of 6.25? The answer is 2.5, or Two and a Half."

Charlie Sheen and Snoop Dogg Set to Release #Winning Song

It's only a matter of time before Charlie Sheen's face is plastered next to the word 'winning' in the dictionary -- but for now, he'll just have to settle for a 'Winning' musical collaboration with Snoop Dogg.

Although the entire song will not premiere in full until it drops on iTunes tonight at midnight, E! Online has the warlock and the Dogg's video preview of the musical snack -- and we have a feeling with the amount of puff puff pass going on in the video, some literal snacks were involved in the making of the video as well.

Sheen debuted the collaboration with Snoop and Filter guitarist, Rob Patterson, at the Detroit stop for his 'Violent Torpedo of Truth' tour last month but after being booed off the stage, he ripped the video from the majority of his latter national appearances.

"Well, the genesis of the song is about, you know, winning," Sheen told E! "I think Snoop did a really good job at kind of encapsulating the whole vibe of, you know, the movement."

But the single won't only further catapult Sheen into winning warlock status, it will also help victims of the tornadoes that hit the South last month -- a portion of the proceeds from 'Winning' will be donated to Sheen's 'Torpedos Against Tornados' initiative.


Although the jury is still out on whether 'Winning' will be an actual success, Sheen is counting his tour as one for the maniacal.


"Overall as a grade on this as a team I think we went 17 [wins] and 4 [losses]," Sheen said. "I know there's a couple in there that felt sorta phoned in but gave me the inspiration for the following night when it was all passion and lunacy."

In Charlie's world, Warner Bros. wants him back on CBS's hit show Two and a Half Men. According to the studio's lawyers, however, that's all a bunch of hogwash.

Sheen has said plenty of outrageous things lately, like that he drinks tiger's blood, or that he's a warlock. But when he told a Boston radio show on Tuesday that there's an "85 percent chance" he'll return to his Emmy winning show, we wanted to believe him. Only, a letter from Warner Bros. Television's lawyers says it's all "false."

Like the time Charlie proclaimed that Mila Kunis would be his next "goddess," Sheen's claim about coming back to prime-time seems more like a pipe-dream, rather than reality. Maybe all that Tiger's Blood is finally going to his head.
