Say for example, if someone commits the crime of rape before the age of 18, the person will not be imprisoned, however, the person will undergo a specific “program” as deemed appropriate by the DSWD. What’s the basis? It’s R.A. 9344 or Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of 2006. This act was authored by Sen. Pangilinan. As what was said by our Constitution Professor, after the suspect is pronounced guilty, the person will be returned to the parents or nearest guardian. Then the DSWD will just make visits to their home.
That act is just stupid. They should revise that act and add that a Juvenile Delinquent facility/prison will be established. This way, the criminal will know what it’s like committing a crime at a very young age. Hey, they have those such facilities/prisons in the U.S.

Too bad, I didn’t go to Taylor’s concert. UGH! But My sister went. So siya na, Siya na ung nakapanuod ng concert ni Justin at Taylor, tapos bukas naman kay Miley.
Super dream come true un. Kasi I’m a Belieber and I also have Cyrus Virus.
Ung ayoko lang, nung nag-punta siya sa EB kasi alam mo un, magpapakahirap akong manuod ng concert eh. Aysos. Basta. :|
